We at Newayprints try to provide all possible way for our customer for best experience while you shop with us online. While there is no option to return orders as the goods are customized according to your specific needs.
Cancellation Policy
As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please get in touch with our customer support team to cancel your order. The refund will be deposit in your bank account. However, the cancellation of orders will be done only if they are respected to below listed terms and conditions:
- You can cancel your orders within one hour of booking the same order. You are requested to immediately email at care@newayprints.com along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.
- In case the payment for the order is not made Newayprintse will automatically cancel the order
Can I change the product after I have placed an order?
That’s not possible. You can cancel the order within one hour of placing the order.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
No. You cannot make any changes to the selected product after placing the order but you can change design of the product you choose. You have to mail us at care@newayprints.com with your order no. and request for design change, our designing team will change design according to your selection. You can change your shipping address. For such requests, please get in touch with Customer Care immediately along with your order number.
When will I receive my refund for a cancelled order?
We shall process your refund as soon as we confirm your cancellation. It will take 74 hrs for processing and 5 to 7 days for refund in your bank.
Why my order was undelivered and returned to warehouse?
Your order was undelivered and Returned to Origin due to any of the following reasons- Non-Serviceable Location / Incomplete Address / Wrong Pin Code / Consignee not available / Army area. In this case, you will not receive any refund; however, we will re-ship your order.
What if my order is undelivered?
If your product remains undelivered, you can register your complain with our Customer Support Team within 20 days from the Date of Shipment. However, if you fail to register a complaint within 20 days for the non-delivery of your order then Newayprints.com will not be responsible for it and will not make any refund credits to your account.
